About the programs
The programs that are going to be presented on this page is taken from my own experience, reviews and information taken from Calisthenics athletes all over the world. The beginner program is precisely what it says. This is a good way to enter the world of Calisthenics by start using your own bodyweight to work out. This program is the gateway to master the basics of Calisthenics, such as pullups, pushups, dips L-sit and squats.
The intermediate program is for you who already has a good basic strength and knows the world of bodyweight training a bit and would consider yourself to not be a beginner but still pretty fresh in the game. This program is more for you who want to start work towards the muscle up, handstand strength, toes to bar and many more.
Advanced program is for you who is very close to MASTERING your own bodyweight and have already mastered the strength basics in most of the muscle areas. This program is designed for you who want to start working towards the more advanced exercises such as 90 degree pushups, front lever, one arm pullups and much more.
