MY STORY

My name is Andreas and I am 26 years old. Born in a smaller town in Sweden, I was (and still sometimes is) a very shy and careful guy. When I was still a small kid and up to my late teens I played a lot of football until an injury kept me away form the pitch up to the point that I decided to call it a day and stop. This was around 18 years old. Up until this point, I had the football and now I had nothing to do. I started to get into the gym with a friend, I ofcourse thought that I would have a blast and lift heavy and build a better body so I could get girls (honestly, that was my idea). The gym workouts were okay, but it was not fun at all. Since I felt after a couple of months that I didnt enjoy it anymore (thats what happens when your are there for the wrong reasons) I had to stop going to the gym because I understood that I didn’t do it for me anymore but for everyone else and to make people like me.

When I was 19 years old, I was hanging out with a friend and he showed me a video on youtube of a guy who did an amazing 1 year body tranformation with Calisthenics?!

I asked myself, what is Calisthenics? That looks insanely fun. So I said goodbye to my friend and was on my way home. On the way home however, I came across a playground with some very low bars, and I ended up being at the playground for about an hour. I was stuck and since then I really was stuck. I started the next day with my own journey, to get fit and achieve a great body control. I focused on skills rather than muscle mass, (even though I got bigger and stronger).

3 years later I released my own Calisthenics transformation on youtube which today has around 10 000 views. This is something I never anticipated would happen. If you want, you can click on the picture to the right for some direct motivation and realize that even someone like me, who didn’t work out before I turned 18, could do something like this and if I could do it, so can you!

The support I got both on youtube but also on my instagram was insane, the questions I got when I was working out at the gym was overwhelming and at the time I had no idea how to answer everything. A couple of years later I have continued to work out the Calisthenics way, I have continued to challenge myself with various different things and now I have come to the conclusion that I want to give back somehow to everyone that have asked questions regarding workouts, programing, how to learn to do a handstand and so on. To try and help as many people as I can, I decided to challenge myself by creating programs for 3 different levels and more where I can be YOUR personal trainer at distance, with programs, educasional videos, tips and much more.
